Jasmine has worked in financial services for many years, also starting her journey with a high street bank.
She joined Nicki in an administration role where she learnt all the intricacies of the mortgage broker world!
She then went on to move into an advising role, completing her qualifications in 2022.
She now advises on a wide range of client scenarios and has a special area of expertise in the commercial mortgage space.
She prides herself on client outcomes and doing the right thing.

MORTGAGE ADMINISTRATOR

Laura provides invaluable support to a fast growing business! She is a very experienced and adept mortgage administrator, regularly going above and beyond for clients to ensure mortgages are agreed and completed as efficiently as possible.
Laura is an additional point of contact for clients, to enable the process to be as stress-free as possible. She is an excellent communicator and very organised, with a focus on positive client outcomes.

COMPLIANCE DIRECTOR

After joining the team early on, Colin heads up the compliance department. He is on hand to guide the team and ensure the highest quality is achieved in all areas of the business.
He liaises with the regulator, external compliance oversights and ensures all the firm’s deadlines are met.
He actively analyses all new procedures to provide the most up to date information and service for clients.
He keeps on top of market changes, industry knowledge and regulatory developments that filter down to the advice clients receive, completing the circle of efficiency and quality.
